Tour operator DSBW Tours announced on Tuesday that it was suspending operations due to its inability to fulfill obligations to clients and the bank.
“In the current reality, we can no longer fulfill our obligations to clients and the bank. The latest “For several years, we have been fighting honestly to preserve our business,” the company’s head, Karen Goncharov, said in a statement on his Facebook page.
All registered tourists are insured by two insurance companies: Invest-Strakh Insurance Company (for 50 million rubles) and Orbita Insurance Company (for 50 million rubles). According to the companies, these funds are sufficient to cover the cost of services not rendered.
The tour operator is currently preparing documents for all issued travel packages for submission to insurance companies. Documents can be picked up starting July 4, 2018, at the operator's head office, located at 1-aya Tverskaya-Yamskaya, Building 25, Building 1.
The DSBW-Tours company has been operating on the market since 1991.
