A tour of Putin's sites in Dresden is not popular.

A tour of places associated with Russian President Vladimir Putin has been developed in Dresden. During the 90-euro city tour, visitors are shown a nondescript five-story building that houses Putin's former office apartment, a bar where he liked to relax after work, and a small mansion that once housed the KGB office in Dresden and now houses the city's Pedagogical Society.

According to the BBC, the tour isn't popular. Residents of the "Putin" building say tourists visit them no more than a couple of times a year and don't bother them at all. When asked how the tourists learned Putin lived there, they reply, "From a guidebook."

The future Russian president served in the territorial intelligence service in Dresden from 1985 to 1990. Officially, he held the position of director of the USSR-GDR Friendship House.
