On January 29, 2019, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a seminar on the topic: "Tourism: Contracts are the Key."

The tourism industry is one of the most complex sectors of the economy in terms of contractual regulation. Presence in The presence of a multitude of economic entities, such as tour operators, travel agents, contractors, and tourists themselves, predetermines the diversity of contracts concluded, and the contractual framework undoubtedly needs to be streamlined.
The seminar will examine in detail the contractual relationships between tour operators and various enterprises and organizations providing services included in the tourism product.
Experts will highlight key points of the contract that require special attention in order to minimize risks when concluding the contract.
In addition, tourism experts will provide practical advice to tourists and travel agencies on how to proceed in the event of a tour operator's bankruptcy.
The following issues will be discussed during the event:

- Sale of tourism products by travel agents and tour operators;
- Contents of the agreement on the sale of a tourist product;
