The tour operator will offer tourists a flight from another city or a refund, according to Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).

Tour operator Intourist launched its flight program from Saratov to Türkiye on April 29, 2018. The company told ATOR Bulletin that due to Due to uncertainty regarding the reinstatement of Saratov Airlines' air operator certificate, the tour operator has decided to cancel further tourist departures until June 15.
Currently, flights are being operated to repatriate previously booked tourists (except in cases where the tour ends before May 31, 2018—tourists can fly and return according to the terms of their previously booked tour).
"The entire program may be cancelled this week. Such a decision could be made unless there is clear confirmation that Saratov Airlines is able to operate flights," explained Intourist Deputy General Director Sergei Tolchin.
Tourists whose flights to Turkey were cancelled will be offered a refund or re-routing from other cities.
As a reminder, Saratov Airlines' operator certificate is valid until May 30, 2018. On May 17, the carrier, having received a letter from Rosaviatsia regarding the need to limit airline ticket sales, announced the possible closure of its operations.
The following day, the carrier's management refuted its own statement, resumed ticket sales, and announced the reduction of its charter program to 50%.
