Two tourists from East Asia assaulted a Russian woman near the entrance to the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Reserve. According to media reports, the tourists were Chinese citizens.

As it became known, the incident occurred the day before, on July 25. According to the press service of the Administration After the panic button near the museum entrance was activated, Rosgvardia officers arrived on the scene and detained the criminals.
"At the scene, a non-departmental security unit determined that a conflict had broken out between two tourists from an East Asian country and a Russian citizen who were standing in line at the entrance. During the argument, the two tourists elbowed the woman in the stomach and then pushed her to the ground. Rosgvardia officers detained the two foreign citizens and handed them over to the local police department," the press service explained.
It's worth noting that the Department of Non-Departmental Security, for some reason, declined to specify the specific country from which the unruly tourists had arrived. However, local media are already reporting that they were from China.
It's worth noting that social media has long been abuzz with discussions about the incredibly long queue to enter the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Reserve.

Judging by the numerous photos published on the "Inbound Tourism of China" Telegram channel, tourists from China spend hours waiting for the opportunity to explore the landmark. Meanwhile, their enterprising fellow citizens are making a good living off this: they deliver food and drinks directly to the waiting area and rent out folding stools.
