Russian low-cost airline Pobeda has announced the launch of its own tour operator for the second time in 2019: PobedaTravel has already opened sales of package tours across the airline's entire route network. press service carrier.

Let us recall that about the creation Pobeda announced its own tour operator last year. In March 2019, the carrier announced the launch of the project, but in April, the company's legal entity (Pobeda Airlines LLC) was removed from the register of tour operators by Rostourism. The reason was the failure to provide financial guarantees for a new term. The company itself stated at the time that the tour operator's launch was a test run.
This time, the airline, just as it did in the spring, plans to attract tourists with low prices: the price difference is expected to reach up to 15%. "The new service operates at net prices from suppliers and hotels, without any intermediary markups," the carrier's press service noted.
"We know what our customers need, and with their needs in mind, we're launching a global modernization. Pobeda is no longer just a low-cost carrier, not just the country's third-largest airline, and not just Europe's fastest-growing low-cost airline. We now have a fully-fledged Travel Brand, Pobeda—a reliable, affordable, and modern travel partner for any traveler," said Pobeda Airlines CEO Andrey Kalmykov.
Incidentally, the tour operator's website was launched on Monday, July 22. As part of the proposed concept, tourists have access to package tours that include airfare and hotel accommodations.
