The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned tourists about a planned strike by ground staff at Verona-Villafranca Airport in Italy on February 1, which may lead to schedule changes and flight delays.
"Italy - February 1, due to strike "Ground staff at Verona-Villafranca Airport (VRN) are experiencing disruptions to airport operations; schedule changes, flight delays; and increased waiting times for personal security and baggage drop-off/receipt," the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Crisis Management Center (CMC) reported on Twitter.
As a reminder, the agency previously reported on a planned strike by employees of Air Italy and Alitalia airlines on February 7.
