C On June 30, 2018, Natalie Tours will reduce its charter programs to the following destinations: Barcelona, Rimini, Catania, Naples, Antalya, and Heraklion.

As stated in the letter, which travel agencies received on Friday evening (after 8:00 p.m.), the decision to reduce charter programs adopted “in connection with the low financial performance indicators.”
Meanwhile, the tour operator "Panorama Tour" (in the Unified Federal Register of Tour Operators of Russia) will continue to operate its regular transportation programs as usual.
Russian travel agencies are already experiencing unpleasant problems.
In the same evening letter, the tour operator informs its partners about the compensation procedure for cancelled charter tours.

As we previously reported, following several days of inquiries regarding Natalie Tours' activities, the TURPOMOSH Association organized a working meeting with the tour operator's management. Association Director Alexander Osauenko discussed the group's financial stability and operational activities with Natalie Tours President Vladimir Vorobyov.
Vladimir Vorobyov, in turn, assured that Natalie Tours is capable of fulfilling its obligations to travel companies and tourists and guaranteed that all services purchased by the group's clients will be provided on time and in full. He emphasized that the comments made in recent days regarding companies operating under the brand have been addressed by management, and measures have been taken to prevent future problematic situations.
The President of Natalie Tours emphasized that two companies within the group had recently reconfirmed their financial guarantees for their tourism product sales with Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. One of the companies renewed its corresponding contract with the insurer in June of this year. The second insurance contract comes into effect in August 2018. The new contracts are valid for one year from the date of signing. In both cases, the insurance coverage is 50 million rubles. The relevant documents were submitted to the board of the TURPOMOSHCH Association.
