Nordwind Airlines will try flying from Moscow to Dusseldorf.

Nordwind Airlines plans to launch flights from Moscow to Düsseldorf at the end of summer. Flights will operate five to seven times a week starting August 26, according to Travel.ru.

Initially, the route will operate daily, but Wednesday flights will be removed from mid-September, and Friday flights from October. Tickets are currently on sale for dates up until the end of the summer schedule on October 27.

On most days, departure from Moscow (Sheremetyevo Airport) is at 12:55, arriving in Düsseldorf at 15:25. The return flight departs at 16:25, arriving in Moscow at 20:40. On some days, the schedule is shifted up to half an hour earlier or later. The route will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft in a single-class configuration with 189 seats.

One-way tickets for most dates start at 6,030 rubles, including a 20-kilogram baggage allowance, seat selection, online check-in, and the option to exchange the ticket. An option with only a 5-kilogram carry-on baggage allowance and without all the above-mentioned features costs 5,660 rubles, but that's unlikely to be of much interest. Round-trip fares start at 11,944 and 11,354 rubles, respectively.
