The Russian Embassy in Thailand reminded Russians of the penalties for using and importing electronic cigarettes into the country.
“In accordance with Thai law, the import, use, storage and carrying of electronic cigarettes in Thailand "and their analogues are prohibited. Violations are punishable by a fine of 1 million baht and/or imprisonment for up to 10 years," the agency said in a statement.
In this regard, Russians are strongly advised to refrain from importing, using, storing, and carrying electronic cigarettes into Thailand.
