Russian Railways is offering discounted tickets for compartments on double-decker trains #5/6, #23/24, and #25/26 on the Moscow-St. Petersburg line, as well as on Express train #3/4. The promotion applies to trips scheduled for the next month, according to Travel.ru.
The price of a ticket on a double-decker train is 1,399-1,699 rubles for the upper berth and just under two thousand for the lower berth; on the Express, it is 2,499 and 2,943 rubles, respectively.
Tickets are on sale until November 30 for trips through December 26. On some trains, the promotion does not apply to Friday departures from Moscow and Sunday departures from St. Petersburg.
