Siberia Airlines (S7 Airlines) plans to launch flights from St. Petersburg to Sochi next spring. Flights are scheduled to operate three times a week starting December 24 and daily from this spring, according to a Travel.ru correspondent.
Winter flights are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Departure from St. Petersburg at 2:25 p.m., arriving in Sochi at 5:40 p.m. Return departure at 6:35 p.m., arriving in St. Petersburg at 9:55 p.m. An Airbus A319 aircraft will be used on this route.
Starting March 31, the flight is expected to operate daily and its schedule will be modified. Departure from St. Petersburg is at 8:00 AM, arriving in Sochi at 11:10 AM. The return flight departs at 12:00 PM, arriving in St. Petersburg at 3:15 PM.
The minimum one-way ticket price is currently 5,501 rubles without baggage allowance and seat selection, and 6,001 rubles with baggage allowance and seat selection. Lower fares are likely to become available closer to the flight launch.
