Siberia Airlines wants to fly more frequently from Moscow to Saratov.

S7 Airlines plans to double the frequency of flights from Moscow to Saratov within six weeks. Starting August 1, the company plans to operate two daily flights on this route, which it will launch on June 8, according to Travel.ru.

As a reminder, starting June 8, a new flight will depart Moscow (Domodedovo Airport) at 8:50 a.m., arriving in Saratov at 11:30 a.m. Return flights will depart at 12:20 p.m., arriving in Moscow at 1:05 p.m. Starting August 1, an evening flight will be added: departing Moscow at 3:30 p.m., arriving in Saratov at 6:10 p.m. Return flights will depart at 7:00 p.m., arriving in Moscow at 7:45 p.m. The Embraer 170 aircraft will be used on this route.

The company's website currently only offers evening flights for dates beginning August 1st, but morning tickets are already available from agents. The minimum one-way price is currently 3,648 rubles without baggage and 4,648 rubles with baggage. There are no discounts for round-trip flights. Connecting fares are available for flights from Saratov to other Russian cities and internationally.

As a reminder, Saratov Airport lost most of its flights on May 30 after the revocation of the air operator's certificate from the local monopoly, Saravia. Following this, Aeroflot almost immediately doubled its capacity to four flights, and RusLine scheduled its first flight (and will likely soon increase that number).
