S7 Airlines has suspended flights between Moscow and Vienna. The final flight was scheduled for May 13, according to Travel.ru.
The carrier explained the closure of the route by commercial reasons. Siberia Airlines opened this route in the spring of 2017 and initially operated it daily. Closer to the closure, the frequency was reduced to two flights per week.
Three airlines continue to operate on the Moscow-Vienna route: Aeroflot with four departures per day, Austrian Airlines with two, and Utair with one.
