The court did not cancel paid check-in for Pobeda flights.

Today, April 25, Moscow's Shcherbinsky Court ruled against canceling paid check-in for Pobeda Airlines flights at international airports.

"The Shcherbinsky District Court rejected the claim of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office against LLC "Pobeda Airlines," a court representative said, TASS reports.

In addition, it was also noted that the decision had not yet entered into force and could be appealed in the Moscow City Court in accordance with the established procedure.

As a reminder, low-cost airline Pobeda introduced paid check-in at international airports on October 28. As the airline explained at the time, this measure was necessary to avoid increasing ticket prices.

A little later, Pobeda Airlines proposed to the Ministry of Transport that they introduce a fee for registration at Russian airports, but was refused.
