Qatar Airways is running a discounted promotion on flights from Moscow to Asian cities with a layover in Doha. Roundtrip tickets, including taxes, are priced at 33,609 rubles to Manila and 28,868 rubles to Bangkok, according to Travel.ru.
Tickets are on sale until February 1, and flights are valid until October 30. Ticket exchanges are subject to a fee of $220 and a surcharge up to the current fare at the time of exchange. Refunds are subject to a fee of $440. As a reminder, you can depart from Doha without a visa during a layover.
