Qatar Airways is running a discounted promotion on flights from Moscow to Asian cities with a layover in Doha. Round-trip tickets, including taxes, are priced at 33,219 rubles to Manila and 33,968 rubles to Jakarta, according to Travel.ru.
Tickets are on sale until December 20 or 21, and are valid for travel up to a year in advance. Ticket exchanges are subject to a fee of $220 and a surcharge up to the current fare at the time of exchange. Refunds are subject to a fee of $440.
