Russian Railways has introduced a special offer for travel on train #63/64 between Moscow and Ulyanovsk. Upper berth tickets cost 999 rubles, while lower berth tickets cost 1,282 rubles, according to Travel.ru.
Please note that this train runs once every two days. Promotional tickets are on sale until May 31st, and travel is possible until June 30th. The promotional ticket can also be used for shorter routes on this route (for example, from Ryazan to Ulyanovsk). If such a ticket is more expensive, you should purchase a ticket for the full Moscow-Ulyanovsk route and use the tickets only for part of it.
