A tour operator will create a route through Yakutia's nature reserves.

The Kolmar-Tour travel company plans to create routes through Yakutia's nature reserves to develop domestic and inbound tourism, according to Anna Tsivileva, Chair of the Kolmar Group Board of Directors.

“We are planning to open new routes "We're planning to expand our reach to include sites like the Lena Pillars and Yakutia's nature reserves. This will allow us to receive infrequent but regular requests for tours by summer. In 2019, a separate tour will be organized as part of the national Yakut holiday—Reindeer Herders' Day," Anna Tsivileva said, according to TASS.

Furthermore, the Chairperson of the Kolmar Group Board of Directors noted that in 2018 they were able to organize several tours to Yakutsk. Foreign tourists were able to visit various museums and see the sights. Kolmar Group is not yet expecting significant revenue from its tourism subsidiary, Kolmar-Tour. This will likely be a project aimed at attracting people to the region, as it is a unique place with interesting food, traditions, and national character. However, if this is successful, the company could become self-sufficient," concluded Anna Tsivileva.
