Russian citizens stranded in India return home

Due to the cancellation of an Air Astana flight, according to the Russian Embassy in India, 34 Russian citizens were unable to return from New Delhi to Almaty for an extended period. "As of Tuesday morning, almost all Russian citizens on Air Astana's flights had left India. Some departed yesterday, and the remainder are expected to depart for Russia today," an airport source said.

As a reminder, on the night of February 26, the Indian Air Force struck militant camps in the areas of Balakot, Muzaffarabad, and Chakoti, all located in Kashmir. Meanwhile, the Pakistani army announced the downing of two Indian Air Force aircraft that violated Pakistani airspace over Kashmir.
