A new agency agreement form and supplementary agreement for the legal entity Tour Operator BG LLC have been published on the official Biblio-Globus website. The supplementary agreement states that the Russian tour operator Tour Operator BG LLC has assumed all obligations to fulfill previously concluded contracts for the sale of tourism products. Its financial support for outbound tourism (50 million rubles) is valid until October 31 of this year, and for domestic tourism (500,000 rubles) until October 31, 2020.
Bayborodin & Partners recommends concluding both a contract with the new legal entity, Biblio-Globus, and an additional agreement with each tourist who purchased a tour from this tour operator. The lawyers clarify that the most reliable way to conclude an additional agreement is on paper. However, if obtaining a physical signature is impossible, it can be concluded electronically—either by receiving a scanned copy of the tourist's signature or by email. In the latter case, the signature can be substituted for the client's "received, read, and agree" response.
