On February 11, 2020, Krasnodar International Airport launched its self-bag drop-off system. This convenient service reduces the time it takes to check in for flights.

At Krasnodar International Airport It consists of two drop-off kiosks installed at check-in counters number 1 and 2.
Currently, the service is available to Utair passengers 5 hours before departure.
To use it, a passenger must have a boarding pass in hand in any form - paper or electronic (on a phone or tablet screen).
Passengers on direct flights can use the self-service drop-off service. Transit passengers must drop off their baggage at the check-in counter.
The technology ensures that all airline baggage size, weight, and quantity requirements are met. Airport staff in the drop-off area are available to provide assistance and advice if needed.
Krasnodar International Airport continues to optimize pre-flight procedures. For example, the domestic terminal now has 10 self-service check-in kiosks for flights from more than 20 airlines. Additionally, the terminal has several reprinters that allow boarding passes to be printed using a barcode on a mobile phone.
Krasnodar International Airport is also among the airports that accept domestic passengers using electronic boarding passes.
