Yekaterinburg to introduce a "guest card" for tourists

In preparation for the FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Russian cities from June 14 to July 15, Yekaterinburg will issue a "guest card" that will allow tourists to see more attractions and save significantly.

Cardholders can enjoy free admission to city museums, tours of Yekaterinburg's historic center, and bike rentals. The card also provides discounts at restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenir shops, and theaters, according to Oblgazeta.ru. A full list of participating establishments can be found here.

When purchasing a card, tourists also receive a city guidebook with descriptions of its key attractions and a city map. All materials are provided in two languages: Russian and English.

The card is valid for one day and costs 1,000 rubles for adults and 500 rubles for children.
