“Many calls are advisory in nature. Guests Crimean tourists are interested in the conditions for visiting attractions, museums, and nature reserves. Questions relate to choosing a vacation spot, the operation of accommodation facilities, beach accessibility, and the timing of various events and leisure activities. Guests also inquired about transportation services, parking, mobile phone service, and banking services," the statement reads.

The agency also noted that the main complaints concern sanitary conditions on embankments and beaches, service ethics and culture, illegal actions by photographers with animals, noise in recreation areas, construction work during the holiday season, and inadequate accommodation or cancellations at accommodation facilities.

"The human factor in complaints to the Hotline is paramount. In most cases, polite, civilized treatment and a desire to help the person resolves the situation and prevents conflict and negative attitudes toward vacationing in Crimea as a whole," added Vadim Volchenko, Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.
