Hotline for Chinese tourists to open in Moscow

Visitors to the capital can learn how to use public transportation, check the opening hours of city museums and theaters, and decide where to go during the New Year holidays.

According to the Moscow Tourism Committee, call center operators can provide contact information for embassies, consulates, and visa centers, train schedules or directions from one point to another, and the addresses of museums, stadiums, and parks. Call center staff are also available to assist in emergency situations.
