The 3rd International Exhibition for Hotel and Hospitality Professionals, Horeca by Kazan 2018, opened at the Kazan Fair Exhibition Center. The exhibition brings together suppliers, manufacturers, and owners of the HoReCa segment. The exhibition's target audience includes restaurateurs, hoteliers, and chefs. Chefs, business owners and investors, managers and administrators, suppliers and directors—everyone who creates hospitality in the Republic of Tatarstan—will attend. The exhibition will run until October 26, 2018.

The exhibition is organized by Stroy-Lux LLC (Krasnodar), Liniya Vkusa Group of Companies, and the Kazan Fair Exhibition Center, with the support of the State Tourism Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. Co-organizer is the Kazan and Tatarstan Hotel Association.
According to Marina Buraga, the exhibition's producer, "Horeca by Kazan creates a unique B2B platform for presenting your business and product, finding new partners, and establishing long-term relationships. The exhibition serves as a platform for bringing together suppliers, manufacturers, and owners in the HoReCa segment. The main concept of this year's exhibition is "Success and Efficiency." The relevance of this theme stems not only from the importance of supporting entrepreneurs with information but also from the need to streamline business and technological processes in production and service delivery for maximum business efficiency."
"The Horeca by Kazan 2018 exhibition is a very important event for Kazan and an excellent opportunity for representatives of the hospitality industry to learn something new, share results, and share plans for the future," noted Daria Sannikova, Director of the Tourism Development Committee.
The exhibition is divided into several areas: an exposition, a business program, and a culinary zone.
The exhibition features leading suppliers and manufacturers of technological, food, textile, and other products and services for the HoReCa segment. The exhibition's primary objective is to present a full range of services necessary for the high-quality operation and development of hotel and restaurant businesses, taking into account regional specifics.

On the first day, the culinary zone hosted the final round of the Tatarstan Top Restaurants Award 2018, "Black Box." This competition is among chefs from restaurants in the Republic of Tatarstan. Participants are given an unspecified set of ingredients, costing no more than 500 rubles, from which they prepare a dish in 40 minutes and present it to the jury.
On the first day of the exhibition, five lecture halls hosted lectures and seminars from restaurant and hotel market experts, including Anastasia Kolesnikova, Inna Shchepetova, Tatyana Kibireva, Victoria Provkina, Lana Kaznovskaya, Ekaterina Strizhova, Pavel Pushkin, and others.
The First Forum for Private Pastry Chefs took place at the exhibition venue. Forum speakers Victoria Provkina, Lana Kaznovskaya, and Irina Lyamina shared with participants how to turn a home hobby into a real business without breaking the bank.
Anastasia Kolesnikova's Food Incubator was also running for restaurateurs. This program, designed to quickly develop a personal business project, consists of thematic modules. More than 50 participants participated in the Food Incubator.
The Horeca by Kazan 2018 exhibition will conclude on October 26 with a gala dinner, where the winners of the First Professional Award "Best HoReCa Supplier in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the winners of the "Tatarstan Top Hotels and Restaurants Award 2018" will be announced.
