Cities where you can spend 100,000 rubles per night in a hotel have been named.

Hotels in Venice and Paris have been named the most expensive in Europe. Some cost up to €1,500 per night, according to Travel Daily News.

The Luxury-Hotels.com portal studied the cost of staying in European hotels in September and named the most expensive ones. The Aman Venice hotel on Venice's famous Grand Canal tops the list. The minimum price for a double room is €1,485 per night (113,000 rubles). In second and third place are two prestigious Parisian hotels: Le Bristol (€1,362 per night) and Four Seasons Hotel George V (€1,350).

Interestingly, a total of eight hotels in the French capital made it into the top 10 most expensive hotels, making Paris the European hub for luxury hotels. Other Parisian hotels in the top ten include La Reserve Paris Hotel & Spa (€1,308), Plaza Athenee (€1,290), and de Crillon (€1,265). Another Venetian hotel, The Gritti Palace (€1,175), also made the top 10.

The list of expensive European hotels also included 45 Park Lane in London (1,049 euros per night), Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence (1,035 euros), Four Seasons Hotel in Milan (867 euros), and Hotel de Russie in Rome (835 euros).

It's worth noting that the price ranking was based on a three-night stay in a double room. Experts note that a stay of four or more nights may be cheaper.

The most expensive hotel room in the world in 2018, according to Burguasia, was the luxury penthouse at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva. It costs €48,000 per night (almost 3.7 million rubles). The room is truly impressive—1,800 square meters. It features a private elevator and offers stunning views of the Swiss Alps and Lake Geneva.
