The renowned American publication CNN has compiled a list of the best clothing-optional beaches. The list includes resorts in America, Australia, and Europe.
Topping the top 15 is Black's Beach in the La Jolla area of California. It was once the only The legal nudist beach in the entire United States. Nudist enthusiasts have been coming here for over 50 years. Lady Bay Beach at the southern end of Sydney Harbor ranks second. Rounding out the top three is Germany's Bune 16 Beach on Sihl Island in the North Sea. Nudists here have a tough time—the average summer water temperature along the coast is 17°C.
The list of the best beaches for nudists also includes: Saline Beach on St. Barthélemy in the Caribbean, Cavallet in Ibiza, a small beach in Makena Park in Hawaii, Cap d'Agde Beach in France, and the only official nudist beach in South Africa - Mpenjati.
