New Zealand nudists await new owner of their park

In New Zealand, the owner of a nudist park is offered for $260,000, according to The Travel.

A nudist park in the New Zealand town of Katikati is up for sale. It covers 5.6 hectares and is located in pristine countryside. The park includes exquisitely landscaped grounds, a motel, cabins, 51 campsites, and over twenty tent sites. Other amenities include a café, an underground swimming pool, a spa and sauna, a miniature golf course, a pétanque court, table tennis, a pool table, a library, and many other entertainment options.

The park, open 24 hours a day, is closely guarded by an electronic security system. A three-bedroom house with a carport, reception desk, storage room, and workshop is available for the future owner. The sellers assure that the nudist complex is in perfect condition and offers stable and growing income opportunities.

The small town of Katikati is located on the Uretara River, 40 kilometers from Tauranga Harbor, New Zealand, and 28 kilometers south of the famous town of Waihi. Katikati holds the honorary title of "New Zealand's most beautiful small town."

Sapphire Springs hot springs are located 3 kilometers from the nudist park. The park's current owners assure that its lush vegetation allows visitors to wander around without fear of unwanted observers. Near the park, there are numerous shops selling local groceries and camping supplies.

The park is priced at $260,000 (almost 18 million rubles). According to local real estate brokers, the complex allows guests to immerse themselves in a rural lifestyle, waking up to the sound of birdsong and relaxing in a serene atmosphere. The park's sales managers insist that this is a family-friendly destination, and that those who visit are simply those who enjoy running around naked.

Currently, visitors to the Katikati park can camp nude for just $10 per day. For those staying overnight, camping rates start at $13 per night.
