
All visitors to Dubai's new landmark, the Dubai Frame, will be able to enter the city's largest park, Zabeel, free of charge, according to the Russian Emirates portal.
In Dubai, tourists are being offered the chance to combine business with pleasure. Visitors to the Dubai Frame can now take Entry to Zabeel Park in the city center is completely free. Previously, there was an entrance fee of 5 dirhams (1.2 euros). The park covers 50 hectares near the Emirates Towers complex. Among the main features of Zabeel are original fountains, an artificial lake, a children's play complex called Stargate, and a labyrinth. The park also features a jogging track, a cinema, a barbecue area, restaurants, a cricket field, a clothing market, and much more. Zabeel is open Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The Dubai Frame is a unique architectural structure shaped like a giant window frame, opened to visitors in January 2018. It consists of two 150-meter-tall transparent glass towers, the tops of which are connected by a 93-meter bridge. This impressive structure is located in Zabeel Park. On the Frame's ground floor is a museum where visitors can travel back in time and immerse themselves in Dubai's past. The "Past Gallery" tells the story of the emirate's evolution and history. It offers a captivating sense of reality through projections, special effects, as well as scents and movements. At the top of the structure is the Sky Deck, an observation deck offering stunning views of Dubai: on one side, you can see glittering skyscrapers and the Sheikh Zayed Road, and on the other, the Deira, Umm Hurair, and Karama districts, symbolizing the Old City. Interactive screens also feature interesting facts about local buildings and allow visitors to explore them in 3D. Entry to the Dubai Frame costs 50 dirhams (12 euros). The frame is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
