Air Astana is running a discounted ticket promotion on flights from Russian cities to Asian cities with a transfer in Astana (Nur-Sultan) or Almaty (Almaty). Tickets are on sale until October 6, with departures available until December 15 and return flights until December 25, according to Travel.ru.
The approximate minimum cost of round-trip tickets for some destinations, including fees from Moscow: Bangkok - 24,410 rubles, Hong Kong - 24,370, Beijing - 19,935, Kuala Lumpur - 32,910, Urumqi - 18,950, Delhi - 19,895, Seoul - 28,720, Almaty - 13,360 rubles.
Prices from St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Omsk are generally several thousand rubles higher, but can be lower in some cases. Flights from Yekaterinburg, Omsk, and Novosibirsk are also offered to Istanbul, Dubai, Baku, and Tashkent (fares generally range between 16,000 and 20,000 rubles roundtrip). Ticket refunds and exchanges are not permitted. The price includes checked baggage.
