Yamal Airlines is launching charter flights from Yekaterinburg to Thessaloniki, the Koltsovo Airport press service announced.
As it became known, the first flight is scheduled for May 27, and further flights will be operated on an Airbus A320 aircraft with a regularity of two Flights every 10 days. Departure from Yekaterinburg on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 3:50 PM, from Thessaloniki at 7:30 AM local time.
"Thessaloniki is the second-most populous city in Greece, located on the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea. The area around Thessaloniki is home to numerous resort towns and villages with all the necessary infrastructure. In addition to its warm sea and sandy beaches, the city is known for its historical monuments and cultural treasures," the press service explained.
