The Caucasian Mineral Waters region is considering introducing an all-inclusive system at its resorts, according to Alexander Trukhachev, Minister of Tourism for the Stavropol Territory.

“We are working on introducing the all-inclusive concept, it’s very interesting, it gives "New opportunities for both tourists and businesses. Everyone on both sides of the market understands this; there's full interaction; it's just a matter of time and each business fine-tuning the process locally," he noted, according to TASS.
Moreover, he believes that the introduction of the "All Inclusive" system will help make vacations at the Caucasian Mineral Waters resorts more accessible. "Kavminvody isn't just about luxury vacations. Of course, health can be quite expensive, but when we're talking about mass health improvement, rehabilitation, and increasing life expectancy, we need new approaches and solutions that improve accessibility," the head of the department added.
It's worth noting that the resort region was visited by over 1.1 million tourists last year. The Caucasian Mineral Waters complex includes numerous health resorts, several major tourist and hotel associations, spa and treatment clinics, and more.
