Macedonian authorities have extended visa-free entry for Russian tourists for another year. Until March 15, 2019, Russian citizens need only have a valid passport and travel insurance to visit Macedonia.
According to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to waive visa requirements for Russian citizens was made in Skopje on March 13. This measure applies only to short-term visits: Russian citizens may stay in Macedonia for no more than 90 days within each six-month period, counting from the date of first entry.
