Moscow Domodedovo Airport summed up the results of the monthly punctuality competition among the airline partners of the air harbor. The most punctual carriers in January 2018 were S7 Airlines, Yamal, Izhavia, UVT AERO, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, AZAL, Etihad Airways.
To determine The airlines' competition winners are divided into eight categories based on flight frequency and maximum take-off weight of the aircraft.
The most punctual airline in the first group was S7 Airlines with 3,152 on-time flights. The leader among the carriers of the second category was Yamal Airlines, which performed 200 flights without deviations from the schedule. Izhavia was recognized as the most punctual in the third category: 86 flights without delays. The most punctual airline in the fourth category was UVT AERO, which performed 49 flights on schedule.
The participants of the next four groups are foreign carriers of Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The winners of the competition in their categories were: Lufthansa (149 punctual flights), Qatar Airways (91 flights on schedule), AZAL (52 punctual flights) and Etihad Airways (31 flights without delays).
