The Federal Tourism Agency has updated its list of hotels inflating prices during the 2018 World Cup.

As of June 22, 2018, violations of the requirements of the Resolution were noted in 7 regions - Krasnodar Krai, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Rostov region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The highest number of violations were reported in the Republic of Tatarstan (16), St. Petersburg (11), Kaliningrad Oblast (9), and Rostov Oblast (8). Moscow (4) and Krasnodar Krai (3) followed. Only one violation was detected in Volgograd Oblast.
The total number of collective accommodation facilities that violate the requirements of Resolution No. 89 is 52, which is 21 more than was identified in the previous reporting period.
The largest excess of the standard cost of accommodation, determined by the Resolution, is noted on the basis of data from hotel websites - in the Krasnodar Territory (up to 78.21 TP3T), on the basis of data from booking websites - in the Republic of Tatarstan (up to 23701 TP3T) and Rostov Oblast (up to 5081 TP3T).
From the previous version of the “black list”, 11 collective accommodation facilities remained in the updated version of the document: 3 from Moscow (La ScaLa Narodnaya, Boutique Hotel 77 Doors, Hotel Delight), 3 from St. Petersburg (Anturazh, Hotel Yanina, Nevsky 74), 3 from the Kaliningrad region (United Colors Hostel, Hostel Amber, U kota) and 2 from the Rostov region (Kars, Don-Major).
Overall, since the beginning of the year, St. Petersburg has led in the total number of identified cases of violation of the requirements of Resolution No. 89, Moscow is in second place, the Kaliningrad Region is in third, and the Krasnodar Territory is in fourth.
Over the entire period, 282 hotels were visited on the list, 40 of which were visited more than once. 12 hotels in Moscow (Grand Hotel Belorusskaya, Moscow Points Red — October, CHAR, Adam, TIARA ROYAL PARK, Matryoshka, Mini-hotel Loft Hotel H11, Hotel Hanzer, Hotel Ulanskaya and AVITA Krasnye Vorota, La ScaLa Narodnaya, and Hotel Delight), 7 in the Kaliningrad region (Hostel & Mini-Hotel, Like Hostel, Hostel Papa House, Hostel Akteon Lindros, Boutique Hotel Anna, United Colors Hostel, Hostel Amber), 3 in St. Petersburg (Anturazh, Hotel Yanina, Nevsky 74), 2 in the Rostov region (Kars, Don-Major), 1 in the Samara region (GAGARIN), 3 in the Volgograd region (Lite Hotel, Yulianna, Rest House), one in the Krasnodar Region (Decor) — it was included twice (they did not adjust prices after the first warning), four hotels from Moscow (Paveletskaya Ploshchad, POKROVKA 6 HOTEL, Mayak, Boutique Hotel 77 Dveri), three in the Kaliningrad Region (Era Spa, Deima, and Buen Retiro), and one in the Samara Region (Kupechesky Dom) — three times, two hotels in the Kaliningrad Region (Hostel Crown, Hostel 39 Region) — four times. The Kaliningrad hotel "U Kota" has appeared on the list for the fifth time.
The highest number of violations was found in hotels categorized as "no stars." Three-star hotels came in second, and two-star hotels came in third.
