According to information on the portal turizmguncel.com, in 2020 the tax will amount to 1% from the total cost of accommodation and additional services, Including spas, meals, etc. In 2021, the tax amount will increase to 2%. However, the final say on this matter rests with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who can either increase or decrease the tax rate.
