From April 20 to May 10, as part of the Russian Restaurant Festival, the resort's best restaurants will offer exclusive gastronomic offerings at a special price of 990 rubles for a multi-course menu. The project, which brings together more than 450 restaurants in 35 cities, calls for Gourmets can travel across Russia with a focus on local produce or traditional regional recipes. The resort's restaurant festival menus are distinguished primarily by the amazingly authentic and unforgettable taste of southern Russia's seasonal produce, skillfully paired with herbs and aromatic spices.
Gastronomic sets of 3-5 popular or new dishes will be available throughout the festival. In addition to the chef's main course, each restaurant will also offer a dessert set with a fine beverage. Participating restaurants include L'Olivo, Brunello, Buffet, TheGrill, TheBazar, and Base Café, located in the resort's Lower and Upper Towns at altitudes of 540 and 960 meters.
Thanks to the huge number of festival participants, the entire country from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok will transform into the largest gastronomic festival in the world for three weeks.
