Since the beginning of this year, Russian tourist flow to Monaco has shown significant growth—up 391,000 visitors. The Principality's Tourism Authority reported this to TRN.

They also noted a significant increase in tourist flow to Monaco from Russia: in the first quarter of 2019, 10,423 tourists from Russia visited the country, which is 39% more than the same period last year.
"There was also a record increase in tourist flow from a number of CIS countries: Uzbekistan by 1,000TP3T, Azerbaijan by 1,35%, Georgia by 95%, and Belarus by 74% between January and March 2019," the Monaco Tourist Authority added.
