The Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostuizm) has announced a tender for 96 million rubles to prepare practical recommendations for promoting tourist destinations in the field of domestic tourism and inbound tourism in the domestic and global tourism markets during the period 2020–2025.
According to the notice on the State Procurement Portal, applications can be submitted electronically until 9:00 AM on October 15. The first batch of applications will be reviewed until 11:00 AM on October 18, and the second batch until 11:00 AM on October 24.
According to the document, payment for the project will be made in stages: 57.6 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget by the end of 2019, and then 38.4 million rubles will be allocated by the end of February 2020.
In addition, if the contractor is not a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization, then it must attract co-contractors.
"A contractor who is not a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization must engage co-contractors from among small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations to fulfill the contract, in the amount of 20 (twenty) % of the contract price. This requirement does not apply if the Contractor is a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization," the notice states.
