From mid-spring, 90 days visa-free in Montenegro

The Government of Montenegro has decided to extend the visa-free stay for Russian citizens during the summer. Thus, for the third year in a row, tourists from Russia will be able to stay in Montenegro for 90 days with only a passport valid for at least 90 days from the end of their trip.

The Montenegrin law on visa-free stay of Russian tourists for 90 days in a 180-day period will be in effect from April 15 to October 31, 2018.

Thus, Montenegrin authorities are attracting more Russian tourists to the country—in the summer, many Russians come to the Adriatic with their families for a month or more. During other months of the year, Russian tourists can stay in Montenegro visa-free for 30 days.
