The 1001 Tour network has begun paying compensation to tourists from Natalie Tours

The management company of the 1001 Tour travel agency chain announced it has begun refunding tourists for cancelled trips with Natalie Tours. However, the amount of the refunds is being withheld, citing commercial confidentiality.

Rashad Mamedov, owner of TBS Group, managing the brand "1001 tour", In a conversation with TRN, Rashad Mamedov stated that the company has already begun paying compensation to clients affected by the suspension of Natalie Tours' operations. However, according to a top manager, information about the amounts and terms of payment will not be published on the 1001 Tour website, as previously announced. Rashad Mamedov explained the decision: "This is confidential information; the terms and amounts of payment are individual for each individual and depend on many factors. We have sent letters to travel agencies; they will be able to view detailed information about the compensation terms in their personal accounts."

In turn, according to experts, the decision to compensate for losses is a marketing ploy to stimulate customer influx and increase brand loyalty.

As a reminder, on November 15, the 1001 Tour website posted information that the travel agency network would compensate clients who purchased a tour from Natalie Tours at one of its 112 offices for damages resulting from the tour operator's closure (more details at the link: http://www.trn-news.ru/news/83911).
