High-paying job search service Superjob analyzed the salaries of travel agents in different regions of Russia.

Thus, according to the website, a travel agent in Moscow receives an average salary of 55 thousand rubles, while in the Northern capital a travel agent receives a salary of A fee of 45,000 rubles. In principle, travel agents in the two capitals of the country earn a relatively good salary, but if you look to other corners of this vast country, you'll be surprised at how little money is made by those who select tours and help tourists embark on their long-awaited vacation.
According to various federal media outlets, travel agents in other Russian cities earn significantly less than those in Moscow or St. Petersburg. For example, in Vladivostok, a travel agent earns 41,000 rubles, in Khabarovsk, the average salary is 40,000 rubles, in the Leningrad Region, 37,000 rubles. Meanwhile, in Chita and Tver, the salary is significantly lower than in Moscow—34,000 rubles.
Also, according to Superjob's analysis, a travel agent in Irkutsk earns an average of 32,000 rubles per month. In Krasnoyarsk, this profession earns 32,000 rubles per month. In Syktyvkar and Kazan, the salary is only 1,000 rubles less. However, in Pskov, Veliky Novgorod, Smolensk, Arkhangelsk, Petrozavodsk, and Perm, the average travel agent salary is 30,000 rubles.
In other Russian cities, travel agent salaries are not at all impressive: in Ulan-Ude and Vologda - 29,000 rubles per month, in Cheboksary and Izhevsk specialists earn an average of 26,000 rubles, in Yoshkar-Ola - 25,000 rubles, in Kirov a travel agent can earn an average of 23,000 rubles per month.
