The OneTwoTrip service has compiled a rating of countries in which Russian travelers most often book cars. The top three leaders for 2017 were Italy, Spain and Germany — these three countries accounted for about 40% of the total number of bookings.

The most popular car brands among Russian travelers were Volkswagen, Ford, BMW, Fiat and Opel. 31% OneTwoTrip users booked a car for 1 to 4 days, another 31% for 5 to 8 days, 27% used the rental for more than a week, and 11% for more than two.

The average rental cost in 15 countries is 2,000 rubles per day, which allows even tourists with a limited budget to use this method of travel.
