The company "Anterra", which is developing the hotel brand Green Flow, plans to open in three years five to nine new hotels.

As reported to the TRN portal by the company's press service, up to 4-5 facilities are planned for opening in Russia and three to four in Europe, all of them will operate under the Green Flow brand.
Investments in Russian properties, each with 100-150 rooms, will amount to 4-5 billion rubles, with this investment primarily in new construction. In Europe, Anterra is considering acquiring small, existing hotels, each potentially costing €5-7 million. In Russia, Anterra is considering hotel locations in Sakhalin, the Altai Territory, and the Lake Baikal region, among others. For foreign assets, the focus is currently on Eastern European countries.
In addition to hotel facilities, the company also plans to open a network of wellness centers. "This will be a complex of swimming pools, including developed relaxation areas, which can be located either within the hotel or as independent facilities," the company's press service commented.
The medium-sized center, which will also operate under the Green Flow brand, will be 3,500 square meters. The company is currently planning a pilot project in the Moscow region, and Anterra plans to open a similar facility in the Krasnodar region in the future. Franchising may then be discussed: the company expects the Green Flow wellness center network to grow to 100 locations within four to five years. Construction costs for each center will average 300-400 million rubles.
