A Russian airline ticketing service has announced a competition for a traveler position. The winner will be offered a one-year contract to fly around the world, shoot photos and video reports, and share their experiences, impressions, and life hacks on the company's blogs.

"We're looking for a candidate over 18 years old, willing to travel frequently, with excellent Russian language skills, and the ability to shoot high-quality videos and take engaging photos. If the traveler wishes to work internationally, they will need at least an intermediate level of English. We offer the successful candidate official employment, a salary of 100,000 rubles, and coverage of all necessary travel expenses," said Andrey Kaymachnikov, CEO of Biletik Aero.
According to him, the future professional traveler will be required to create original itineraries in one of five destinations (Russia, Europe, Africa, America, Asia), coordinate them with company management, and write and publish trip reports on the company's blogs after their completion.

As a reminder, in 2016, the travel service OneTwoTrip announced a search for candidates for the position of Travel Director, with a salary of 150,000 rubles per month. At the time, the job description included organizing international trips and then posting reviews and helpful travel tips on social media.
Two years later, in 2018, Icelandic airline WOW Air opened two dream positions for summer travelers to Europe and North America. The travelers were required to visit 35 cities served by the carrier. Between trips, travelers were offered accommodation in Reykjavik, home to WOW Air's headquarters. New employees were promised a salary of €9,500 for three months.
