Starting June 1, another way to travel to Crimea will be available: with a single ticket from Anapa Airport in Krasnodar Krai. This was announced by the press service of the Unified Transport Directorate.
The Fly&Bus project will operate in seven cities. Crimean Peninsula: Yevpatoriya, Kerch, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Sudak, Feodosia, and Yalta. Russians will now be able to purchase an electronic bus ticket at the same time as purchasing a plane ticket to Anapa. This "single ticket" will be available for purchase at airline ticket offices and also upon arrival in the baggage claim area of the airport terminal upon presentation of a valid plane ticket.
The cost of a “single” ticket from the airport to Kerch is 600 rubles, to Feodosia – 800 rubles, to Sudak – 900 rubles, to Simferopol – 1000 rubles, to Yevpatoriya, Sevastopol and Yalta – 1200 rubles.
According to Yulia Samoylova, General Director of the United Transport Directorate, this service will be in demand among residents of eastern Crimea, as well as those wishing to see the Crimean Bridge. She also noted that the opening of the bridge across the Kerch Strait has significantly reduced travel time from the Krasnodar Krai to the peninsula. Travel time from Anapa Airport to Kerch will be approximately two hours.
Interestingly, a roundtrip trip from Moscow with a single ticket, including airfare to Anapa, for June 1-8 will cost at least 12,696 rubles. A direct flight to Simferopol for the same dates costs 7,926 rubles roundtrip. Therefore, traveling to some cities with a single ticket is not entirely cost-effective. However, this does not apply to those wishing to travel across the Crimean Bridge.
It's worth noting that you can also travel to Crimea using a "single ticket" by rail. These services operate from April 30 to September 30. Processing of all travel documents begins 90 days before train departure and ends 24 hours before bus departure. All departure times are coordinated.
