The In Singapore Incentives & Rewards (INSPIRE) program is aimed at attracting potential participants to international conferences, business meetings, incentive tours and exhibitions. When visiting Singapore under this program (in collaboration with 29 companies), accredited MICE groups will have access to more than 60 free services.
The launch of the program comes as business tourism in the country is in high demand. In 2018 alone, Singapore welcomed over 2.9 million BTMICE visitors, an increase of approximately 13% compared to 2017.
The global program has a large list of events, which are developed by experts for small and medium MICE groups from all over the world. The project focuses on the best service that Singapore can offer: gastronomy, entertainment, shopping, nightlife, thematic and educational tours, extraordinary individual and team building.
The BTMICE industry continues to gain momentum. In 2022, Singapore and Southeast Asia will welcome nearly 2,000 delegates to MICCAI for the first time. In addition, Singapore was recently selected as the host of the 25th World Congress of Dermatology 2023. This will be one of the largest exhibitions in the country with 15,000 participants.
Conditions for participation in the INSPIRE program:
MICE groups travelling to Singapore can apply for the INSPIRE programme by 31 December 2021. The minimum number of participants is 20, with a minimum stay of two nights. Registration must be completed by 31 March 2021.
