Tour operator "Pearl River" announced the cancellation of flights to Cam Ranh (Vietnam) from December 24, 2017, to January 1, 2018, according to Rostourism. Therefore, the company is offering its customers the option to cancel their tours for a full refund or rebook their vacation. for any dates after January 1, 2018 without changing the price.

According to the tour operator, refunds for cancelled tours will be processed on a priority basis. Zhemchuzhnaya Reka asks tourists to promptly decide on their booked tours to expedite the cancellation and rebooking process.
"The 464 Pearl River tourists from Moscow and St. Petersburg currently in Vietnam will return to Russia on repatriation flights as scheduled," the agency clarified.
As a reminder, on December 21, the tour operator announced a change to its flight schedule to China's Hainan Island due to a decision by Chinese aviation authorities not to confirm slots for the airline for the period from December 21 to 25 inclusive. At that time, tourists were offered the Vietnamese resort of Nha Trang, with a flight to Cam Ranh, as an alternative vacation destination.
"The agency is working closely with the Federal Air Transport Agency and the tour operator. On December 24, a meeting was held at Rosaviatsia regarding the cancellation of flights to Cam Ranh, and a meeting on this issue will be held at Rostourism on December 25.
