On January 30 at 5:00 a.m., tourists from the tour operator Anex Tour flew from Moscow to Cancun (Mexico) on Azur Air flight ZF 111, Rostourism reports.
According to Anex Tour, passengers who arrived at Vnukovo Airport were provided with a transfer to Domodedovo, as well as a voucher for food. Tourists on holiday in Cancun will fly to Russia on time on previously scheduled flights of Rossiya Airlines.
Let us recall that on January 26, the Federal Agency for Tourism and the Federal Air Transport Agency held an emergency meeting to resolve the issue of air transportation of tourists on January 27 from Russia to Mexico and on January 28 in the opposite direction with the participation of representatives of tour operators Anex Tour and Biblio Globus, airlines Rossiya and Azur Air, as well as the Association Turpomoshch.
During the meeting, market participants informed regulators of the tourism and air transport industries for the first time about the disagreements that led to the emergence of a problematic situation; a number of decisions were developed aimed at protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Russian tourists.
On January 29, Rostourism and Rosaviatsia held another meeting to resolve issues of air transportation of Anex Tour tourists on January 30 and February 3 from Moscow to Mexico. Following the meeting, it was decided that Azur Air would carry out the transportation of tourists instead of Rossiya Airlines.
